In 1994, Nanyang Tianhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established. It is a state-owned enterprise.

In 2009, Mr. Wang Feng, Chairman of the Group, acquired Nanyang Tianhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. There are currently 2 production workshops with more than 200 employees. It is the main production factory of sulfamonomethoxine (sodium) in China, with an annual output of more than 600 T.

In 2010, Nanyang Libang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was acquired.Located in Wadian, Wancheng District, Nanyang City,it was founded in 1986 and has more than 300 employees at present. It mainly produces veterinary API such as Nicarbazine, premix such as Nicarbazine premix,Tilmicosin Premix and other veterinary preparations.

In May 2014, Mr. Wang Feng acquired Shanghai Quanyu Biotechnology Neixiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.and changed its name to Henan Quanyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Located in Neixiang County, Nanyang City,it is a pharmaceutical enterprise integrating the R&D, production, and sales of pharmaceutical preparations, Chinese traditional medicines, and API. There are more than 600 employees.

In April 2015, Henan Quanyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. went to public with stock code 832205.

In May, 2016, Nanyang Tianhua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established, which was later renamed Nanyang Tianhua Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd.Located in Longsheng Industrial Park, Wolong District, Nanyang, It is the office address of the group headquarters.

In 2018, Henan Central New Material Co., Ltd. was set up.The project is located in the chemical industry gathering area of Anpeng Town, Tongbai County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. It mainly produces industrial sulfonamides, dichloropyrimidine, dihydroxypyrimidine, sulfamidine, trimethyl phosphate, Industrial sodium salt, benzofuran and so on.
